My name is Neysa Crowley. I have a great personality and am able to relate to everyone in a personal way. I am a great listener with a good head on my shoulders. I am the one you want on your team and will most likely be the one you call when you need a personal favor. I am looking for what every American is looking for today. Foremost happiness and this coincides with happiness in the work place. I am qualified to be a leader not just a manager. I feel my loyalty, respect and hard work ethic is a great asset to any team. I have been a manager of a tanning salon for the past three years and for the past five months I’ve been the manager of another tanning salon as well so I know how to maintain over 15 girls are the same time and to create a healthy and happy work environment for not only the employees but for the customers as well. I know how to listen to customers and employees requests and I always make their wishes come true. I have made work schedules for the past three years, so I know how to meet deadlines each week. ReplyDeleteI have over five years of retail experience, three of which as a manager. I have been a manager at both CVS, and more recently, Fossil. I am a hard working employee dedicated to my work. I have worked in three different stores while at CVS; transferring to locations further from home for the benefit of the company. I am able to, and have trained employees in every aspect of there job. I also learn and retain new information very quickly. Within three weeks of starting at Fossil, I was training other associates how to do their job. I love to be challenged and acquire as much information as I can relating to my work. This is proven by my promotion through the ranks at CVS, where I started as a cashier, and now taking on another management position in a different company. In addition to my retail experience I am also very talented with computers. I am excellent at all versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I also am well versed in Photoshop; I used this skill to complete a marketing internship at Pool Town. I have created websites for a few small businesses using HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The past two years I have been Vice President of Ocean County College's Phi Beta Lambda, a national business organization. I placed in their state competition and competed in their National Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. As you can see, I am a well rounded individual with many skills that are assets in the business environment I wish to pursue.

I pride myself on being as reliable as possible and making sure that if I am an employee of your company, that there will be very few times, if any, where I will not fulfill my job duties. In addition, my past experience in commission sales makes me realize how important it is to maintain a positive attitude not just in the workplace, but in all facets of life.

I get along with others and always get my work done. I feel that by being honest and a hard worker it separates me from everyone else. In addition to acquiring many loyal clients who welcomed me into their homes for a wide range of work, I also have employed three other individuals and have successfully taken on all of the responsibilities self employment has. My name is Mark Berkeley, I am a 24, I live in Point Pleasant NJ, I am a motivated, self starter scheduled to graduate in about three weeks. As a College graduate with a degree in English I am well versed in the art of communication, backed by my day in day out experience as a waiter for several years, in addition to being a skilled speaker I also posses’ skills as a competent writer. I am a motivated, and self starter, take pride in my work, and I am a dedicated with a great work ethic. In all my professional endeavors, I have never had an issue with my superiors, or co-workers, I consider myself to be proficient, but able to accept and appreciate professional criticism, and I am not a confrontational person. I am currently working at Houlihan’s restaurant in Brick as a Dining Room Supervisor/Hostess Coordinator. I was hired upon the opening of the restaurant on September 29, 2008 as a hostess. Within the first few months to a year, I consistently excelled over others, and was recognized for my dedication and diligence, making me a recipient of “Employee of the Month” three times in two years. By the sixth month, I was promoted to Hostess Coordinator/Trainer with the responsibility of training new employee’s, assistant to my department manager, and I have the responsibility of assigning servers to their table sections.More recently, my department manager transferred to another store, and I took over the host department. In as little as two years, I have accomplished a great deal. I truly enjoy my job and the people I work with. I can honestly say I look forward to going to work each day. As a result, the restaurant business has become an interest of mine and a possible pursuit of career. I consider myself an asset to my company, and my management team is respectful, understanding, and supportive of my goals, decisions, and judgment. My General Manager in particular has always had the utmost amount of faith in me and he continues to show his appreciation of my hard work and dedication.

I then went on to get my Associates Degree from Ocean County College in Business Administration. After that I transferred to Kean University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Since 2005, I've been coaching football for the Toms River Angels Pop Warner teams and the past two years I've also been an Assistant Coach for the Monsignor Donovan High School freshman and JV football teams. I love music, movies, and anything that can keep me active, whether it's coaching or giving back to the community. I am hardworking, outgoing, ambitious, and helpful to work with. I got my Associates Degree in the spring of 2009 from Ocean County College with a Liberal Arts Degree. After I graduated from OCC I transfered to Rowan University. I wasn't happy so I transfered back home and got into Kean University this fall semester for BS degree in Management. Since 2005 I have been working at the Lakewood BlueClaws as a picnic server. Starting in 2008 I have been a supervisor of the 3rd Base Pinic Area. I love to go to baseball games and to collect baseball cards. I am a big sports history and movie buff. Its hard to get a question by me when I talk about sports and movies. I have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I make sure my work relects my capabilites and I always go full speed in all the work I do.
ReplyDeleteMy name is Matt Warhola and I believe that no one will hold it against you if you just get the job done, but no one, including yourself, will really be pleased or emphatic about you unless you really take all the possibilities to impress and set the standard for good work. Much of how you evaluate yourself depends on what you have done, and to constantly improve that, you need to constantly improve your motivation. This I believe myself to possess, I have been recognized formally for the good work that I do at my job and have been at jobs before my current one, including being recognized as employee of the month once at PetSmart for putting in more than just the necessary level of work. I have also been going to school full time for the past three years including summer courses to help recognize my potential to apply it to a company I could benefit.

My position requires me to provide excellent customer service, deliver sales 10% over plan, and maintain proper store operations.
